    Have had food allergies all of my life (soon to be 65). My big stumbling blocks are eggs, tomatoes, onions, corn, coconut, nuts – just to name a few. The only good thing is I am not gluten sensitive. Would really appreciate seeing some recipes that address some of the substitutions. Thanks,
